The prosperous bin Laden family, in contrast with US public perception of them, is quite close to the highest echelons of power. aangirfan.blogspot.com , tireless exposer of Belgian pedophile castles and BBC/Windsor Castle-chummy child rapists, goes into some detail on who the bearded and turbaned Muslim Emmanuel Goldstein of last decade is.
Obama, Osama… same difference.

Ben Swann does a Reality Check on Hillary Clinton’s assertions about government propaganda

Reason TV interviews new media marketing guru and author of “Trust Me, I’m Lying”, Ryan Holiday. This is a great interview that underscores the ugly side of the freedom from the corporate media gatekeepers the Internet, blogosphere, social media and so on offers us – that there’s not much critical oversight of the information being offered. Holiday describes clever disinformation tactics designed to manipulate one demographic to react to another that are admittedly quite funny. The tactics are nothing new but the tendency for large groups of people online in the 21st century is to believe infotainment and run with it as a herd. By the time cooler heads prevail and provide debunking or a reality check, no one is paying attention as they are busy discussing all sides of a disinformation piece.
I think that as long as there are taboos in the world, marketrons will find some way of exploiting them to sensationalize and draw attention to them in ways that profit.
I was trying to refute some climate change propaganda for someone who was alarmed at recent reports of Arctic sea ice extent by pointing out the cyclical nature of the extent and how it’s at a minimum at this time every year. There’s more to it than just that, but climate alarmists love to shove pictures of stranded polar bears (they can swim hundreds of miles at a time) and cherry-pick satellite photos of depleted ice extents to bolster their cargo-cult science. Next thing I know, I am going back over the “Climategate” emails and shaking my head at just how deceptive Mike Mann and the Univ. of East Anglia crew were and likely still are, pushing this AGW snake oil for profit. Not much different from the marketrons in the sense of deliberate disinformation for profit, in this case for research grants.
Follow the money trail and find the truth at the end.

I’ve found in my travels much the same that Craig Murray has found:
I have traveled this world much more extensively than either Obama or Romney, and I still do. I find everywhere, even in areas of conflict and economic difficulty, the vast majority of people are friendly, even kind, and have very similar aspirations, across cultures, to personal development and emotional fulfilment.
The striking thing about tonight’s US Presidential “foreign policy” debate, is when it did occasionally discuss foreign policy, the world out there was discussed not as a place of vast potential, but as a deeply disturbing place full of foreigners who are, apparently, all evil except the Israelis, who are perfect.
The vast benefits from cooperation and trade with “abroad” were not mentioned once that I noticed (though I confess the thing was so awful my attention wandered occasionally). Europe apparently doesn’t exist, other than Greece which is nothing more than a terrible warning of the dangers of not being right wing enough.
The correct attitude to all these foreigners that God so unfortunately and inexplicably placed on this planet, is apparently to maintain incredibly large armed forces, murder people with drones (they were both very enthusiastic on this one), place sanctions on them and declare them “currency manipulators”. The only surprising note was that both agreed that they could not kill everyone in Iran.
But “We can’t just kill our way out of this mess” was spoken with regret, rather than as an affirmation of the possibilities of cooperation instead. What a grim and joyless world view.
Fear sells war. Sending fear via mass communications amplifies this fear and amplifies war profits. Fear sells a lot of other stuff, too, but by far the worst is what genocides a million Iraqis through depleted uranium usage or starves thousands of Iranians through food embargoes.

I don’t know why this scandal burns me up so much… Reading this naturalnews.com post about how everything’s rigged and how it’s important to transcend this to a greater state of awakening in a sort of Buddhist fashion is great and all, but the part that pisses me off:
Even Lance Armstrong’s cycling victories were all apparently rigged (with doping), we’re now finding out.
Oh wow, let’s paste in a link to a CNN article about this same tired circumstantial evidence rearing its ugly head again after it correctly dipped off the media radar after it puked its way into the national consciousness briefly last month.
Then we’ll spend a paragraph highlighting heroines like Amber Lyon:
The news is utterly and comprehensively rigged, and this was highlighted yet again by former CNN star reporter Amber Lyon who just went public with scathing accusations about how CNN allowed foreign terror regimes to actually BUY positive coverage on CNN’s broadcasts! This story is absolutely astonishing, and the very best interview of Amber Lyon exposing all this was conducted by Alex Jones and is found on YouTube.com. (Must-see video.) See Amber Lyon’s website at: http://www.amberlyonlive.com
Comment I was going to post before I realized I need a Facebook account to do so:
I love how you quote a CNN article with regards to Lance Armstrong’s “apparent” doping and then in the same article, refer to CNN whistleblower Amber Lyon who, like several other CNN and mainstream media journalists, has exposed massive censorship and blatant propaganda on their part. *facepalm* livestrong, bitches
Is it just me? At least find a non-CNN article to link for your libel.
